As I mentioned in my first post, I highly doubt it to be the result of aggression. And definitely not poor water quality. I imagine it could be a bacterial infection of some sort, but until now, the clowns showed no signs of even that. No other fish show any other signs of anything being wrong eithe...

Thanks, Emma. Yes, zero ammo and zero nitrite. Nitrates are very low as my weekly water changes are large (60-70%). And yes, water going in is always within a degree or two of tank water.
