loaches with an oscar

I was wondering if clown loaches would be okay with an oscar provided that the loaches were purchased at twice the size of the oscar. The tank is a 5-ft, 100 gallon tank (60X18X20) and well filtered. I have read where 6 loaches is optimal, but will 3-4 suffice in this tank, even when they reach 12 i...

green tiger loach info

I think I have a green tiger loach or Botia hymenophysa. Is this a hard loach to get? Anyone know much about this fish?

beaufort's loach info?

Does anyone have experience with this loach? I'm mainly interested in what people have kept with it, how fast it grows, and how big it can get.

I'm thinking of putting my clown loaches in the 55 gallon tank for a while and then moving them to either a 72 gallon...

what a nice new place!

It sure has been awhile since I have posted on loachesonline. I last posted on the old forum. Anyway, this new format for the forum is awesome! Good job! :D I have 3 beautiful 2.5" angelicus loaches in a 29 gallon aquarium. They have been in there for over a year and haven't grown at all. I feed the...
