Seems like you can't win either way :( Buy them and encourage the market or leave them with the chance that they'll go someone without the least idea how vulnerable they are! Just seems such a shame. Mike, we'll just have to hope the high price puts people off for the mean time.

Thanks Graeme! I think I will remove the whole filteration system to be honest, I've had bad experiences with the Jewel ones before. I know it's difficult to advise on a brand but if anyone can think of something particulary good then let me know. I've never had to buy a whole external filter system...
