OK well fingers crossed then. I don't think there is anything more I can do. They get so many water changes normally, between 25 and 50 litres per day I'm giving myself a bad back.

How long does the Wormer Plus (Flubendazole) take to work. i.e How long should I hold off from water changes. Apart from the physical pimple on the side of one clown all occupants are doing very well, active and eating like there is no tomorrow. I'm going to do a water change today and try the Flubendazole as you mentioned. Certainly cannot do any harm to eliminate internal parasites.
