hi Wolvezn and welcome to LOL.
personally i would'nt put modestas with the clown unless you can pic up some smaller than your existing clowns.
i can't see any problems with adding your tinfoils with the clowns but as you probably know the tinfoils will get to a pretty decent size, cutting down the amount of fish you can keep in your tank.

hello and welcome to LOL
you would be much better to get more clowns to add to the new tank. they are very sociable and need to be kept in groups of a mimimum of 5. if you get more, they will be much happier, and you will get so much more pleasure from them.
Emma Turner, a moderator here, has a massive tank with over 30 clown loaches in, including the famous Marge and Stripes. you should have a search to find some pictures and videos of them - its a beautifull sight.
As Mick says, the tinfoils will get very big, but so will the clown loaches, so it should be fine.
have fun setting up your new tank, i know your clowns will be impressed with their new home. if you want to show off your new creation, we always like seeing pictures
