Sewellia lineolata?

Post by FKS » Thu Sep 04, 2008 2:39 pm

Hi,
my two largest Sewellia lineolata male look quite different. Is there anything known about a dimorphism/-chromatism of this species? Or is it possible that one of them is not a lineolata?

It looks like two males having a bit of a disagreement with each other.

Regional variants look possible with them.

Those are two beautiful specimens.
There seems to be a fair range of patterns on these fish. Like Graeme said, maybe this is regional.

Hi,
thanks a lot.
Now I'm looking forward how the next generation will look like. Both spawned with the ladies... ;)
