Moon light too bright?

:?: In your opinion would this moon light be too bright for clown loaches?

All the reiews sound great, except for the holders. But no one mentions if they own nocturnal fish & how they like.

i think they would be fine for your tank, even with the blue light i can't see them being that bright.

Thanks Mick...

Wonder if it will work with a dual timer?

I have their Signature Series in my 75G, my clowns are impervious. Posted a pic a while back, when I had first installed the lights - my tank is totally different now (lots more wood and plants and abn's!) but this gives an idea of the effect albeit a little enhanced with the photoshop... I love 'em!
I have mine plugged into a dual timer- you just have to be aware of the DC adapter and its size when considering what it will plug in to...

greenbaron, thank you for referencing your earlier post. I was very happy to be able to see what the lighting will look like on my tank, as we have the same size tank. I was told today about getting a free photobucket account & tat way linking the pics directly to your posts. I would love to see your tank the way it looks now.

Emma...saw how you had recommended greenbaron a larger tank in the future for his clowns. If I was planning to have say 10 clown loaches...
How many of the below, in your opinion, would I be able to add:

2 kubs
1 iridescent shark (I could live without him if I had to)
5 cardinal tetras
5 black neon tetras
5 rummy nose tetras
1 pleco
1 blue crayfish
