the big striata in the tank in the fish room vid

Post by mickthefish » Tue Feb 24, 2009 3:22 pm

i think i havent put a vid of the big striata up before, i know i put a pic up of the largest one just after i'd got the he measures 3 1/2 inch SL.
but this vid shows at least 5 of them come out of the cave for bloodworm.
the other fish in the vid are, schistura maepiensis, N ruppeli, A rubidipinnis, B. histrionica and the chinese schistura at the end of the vid.

sorry for the sound of water as i was doing a water change on that tank as i was videoing it, so hold your bladder, i was nearly peeing myself doing this. haha

the tank is due for a strip down soon, to clear the blackbeard algae of some of the rocks and wood.
i'll get them out and into a tank i use to photograph bigger fish so you can see him/her.
