am i ready for my hillstream loache

i have a 90l tank with a 550l/h trickle filter and a 400l/h internal filter in the tank and it has been running with 6 minnows and 4 danios for 3 months. i can see algae forming and was wondering if it was ready for 2 hillstream loaches yet???/

i would think you'd be fine to add at least 4-6 hillstreams.
