Beaphar Reptile Wormer for Levamisole?

Post by owenj » Mon Dec 06, 2010 1:31 am

I'm having trouble locating a good source of levamisole in the US, but this reptile wormer looks promising, http://www.aquamania.co.uk/product.asp? ... &PT_ID=all

Described as: Small - For animals of of 25g-250g in weight. Contains Levamisole at 2.5mg/ml. Pack contains sufficient amount to treat a single animal weighing up to 250g body weight.

Large - For animals of of 250g-2.5kg in weight. Contains Levamisole at 25mg/ml. Pack contains sufficient amount to treat a single animal weighing up to 2.5kg body weight.

Does this sound like a good alternative?

That looks good! Perhaps E-mail the company and ask for more details.
38 tanks, 2 ponds over 4000 liters of water to keep clean and fresh.

Happy fish keeping!

Ended up going with Wormer Plus from the UK...ended up being cheaper & they had the active ingredient listed up front. That & I know it's being used with fish.
