hello i should have come here sooner though i have read through these boards many times,,
to cut a long story short i have a 180l fish tank that is over stocked and whats worse is that the chemistry is all over the place,, the plan was i would have moved house months ago and the fish would be in a much bigger tank by now(i was planning on a 6"),, but that has gone out the window for a fairly long time so im screwed (totally my fault) since there is literally nowhere i could get a bigger tank where i am as well,,
this has gone on for a while with me correcting here and there with allsorts of fluctuations in chemistry and algae problems,, and i personally cant take it anymore, let alone how the fish must have been (and are im sure) suffering,,
im not new to keeping fish but i have made a huge mistake when i set the tank up and cant do anything without gutting it,,
to summerise i overstocked the tank with a family of fish species that i did not know enough about before hand, and at the same time tryed to do a high tech planted aquarium,, due to the tank plan i chose, the plants can only fail and i cannot vacuum certain areas of gravel due to a huge piece of wood so that is changing the electroconductivity harming the fish and plant growth,, this cant be rectified without the fish going first as the stress would kill them,,,
i fail bigtime at fish keeping and really want out,,
my conscience is literally killing me over all this and taken me to dispair as i do feel a great empathy for them and have spent many hundreds of hours thinking about this whole thing and stressing,,
is there anyone ?? (anywhere) that is willing to take my fish?
i would give anyone willing the money for their fuel plus a donation and some equipment as well
there are
6 histrionicas
1 yoyo
1 zebra
1 polkadot
6 dwarf chain loaches
they are honestly still healthy in appearance with good colour and eating well but i cannot keep on top of this before things start dying so i just beg anyone to help really,,
id like them to go together so i figured come here as most of the people with the capacity would be loach keepers,,
thanks

Why don't you donate them to a local fish store. I'm sure they would be happy to take them for free.

You wouldnt have that problem with a V8
