my fish behaviour
I have 2 albino rainbow shark and 2 clown loach.one of my shark have been staying near the surface while my other fishes appears normal.anybody can help or advice what to do?

Well, without more info it's hard to offer advice, but...
Rainbow sharks are territorial, as are the clown loaches but to a lesser extent. Also, 2 clown loaches in a tank is 3 - 4 loaches to few. They do not thrive unless they are in groups of 5 or more. Since clowns get BIG, a big tank is a must in order to keep them properly.
As for the shark that's hanging out at the surface, it could be a pecking order/territorial issue. It could also be a symptom of an illness or a swim bladder issue.
You might be able to get a better answer than my vague speculation if you provide:
tank size
water temperature
total number, size, and species of all fish in the tank
water chemistry: pH, ammonia level, nitrite level, nitrates level, etc.
any other pertinent information
