


First of all, views of the undersides of these little chaps....




Gathering around the extra powerhead that's in their stock tank....

On the bogwood, they assume a dark coloration and patterning....

On the silica sand, they take on a golden colour to match the substrate - only seems to take them a few seconds to transform....


They seem to have huge nasal nares....

They all have dark patches on the top of their heads, between the eyes. Particularly noticeable in this specimen....

This one is an example of a fish that is not displaying a huge amount of markings. There are a few like this and they do seem perfectly healthy....

A general shot of their stock tank. The flow coming in from the system and the powerhead are just out of view on the left hand side. You can see the amount of fish that have positioned themselves in the flow - on the back glass, the front glass, and the bogwood....
