Hi everybody

Post by Petz » Mon Oct 23, 2006 2:51 pm

May i introduce myself. I am from Luxemburg, 41 years old and since a long time a great fan of clownloaches. Actually i am keeping a pack of 17 clowns in an 800 L tank. This forum seems quite interesting and i am looking forward in communicating with members.

Please excuse my english, i am not used to it

Hi Petz, and a big welcome to Loaches Online. Anybody so into Clowns is highly welcome here. This is a truly international forum with many members in Europe, so it's nice to welcome someone from Luxemburg.

Loaches Online is much more than just the Forum. It is a whole website dedicated to all species of Loach (see link near top of this page). We are currently heavily into an update of the site and much of the way through updating the species profile information. Here's the new temporary version of the updated profile on the Clown Loach:

http://forums.loaches.com/viewtopic.php?t=2625

Also, the old profile....this contains a whole mass of interesting links at the bottom of the page to keep a Clown fan happy for ages

This is a good place to practice your English and we make allowances for those who don't speak it as a first language. You will find this forum is frequented by many highly dedicated and experienced fans of loaches, there's lots of good advice to be had, and we have fun giving it out. There's a lot of friendships been created here because it seems loach keepers appreciate other loach keepers who take the hobby seriously, yet can give out their knowledge in an enjoyable, accessible way.

Welcome,

Martin.
Image Resistance is futile. You will be assimilated.

Thank jou all for jour warm welcome. Jes Emma i am that Patrick from Luxembourg jou know a few months ago. Marble is simply looking fantastic, congratulations. Jour workplace looks really great and Martin showed us some really nice photos when he visited jour shop. Is there anyone who is understanding Luxemburgish  . An Shari verstees du wirklech eis Sproch oder hues du den "Moien" aus engem Diktionär ? :D
Actually my clowns are all waiting in front of the tank regarding me writing on the computer and probably thinking when does this guy move his body and give us dinner. Well alright today they will get soon live enchyträns (only once or twice a week, too much fat Does anyone of jou produces his own special loach mixture. It would be interesting to know about the ingrediens and preferences.
Have a nice evening

Jo Patrick, "Moien" aus engem Diktionär. 8) Ech weess schwätzen Lëtzebuergesch. So I will stop destroying the language now. I am just facinated with language in general, and Luxemburgish is so rare and interesting I had to look about within it just a bit.

And I second the request for pictures, please.
