As long as you got gifts for both it didn't matter, right? As a kid I used to get gifts for Christmas and people would say "That counts as your birthday present, too". They would give my sister something of nearly equal value. Then when her birthday came around in August, she'd get another gift! It was so unfair! December birthdays are such a bummer because of Christmas when you're little.Graeme Robson wrote:WoOt! It could be worse. My youngest brother's birthday is Dec 25th.
Wrecked our christmas that year he did. I remember my mom sitting in an old red overstuffed vinyl chair saying, "Mike, I think my water broke..." Yep. Puddle and rushing around and aunt Besty comes over and takes us to her house. 'Course, all OUR presents were at OUR house...
Six year olds can be soooo selfish!

I did get two presents. Yeah i suppose it was okay.....but i always remember when other kids got a new bike for there birthday in the summertime-ish and mine was in the winter. Lovely snow/sleet/rain for me to ride the bike in. Splendid!!TammyLiz wrote:As long as you got gifts for both it didn't matter, right?
