Its quite odd actually as to why now they have come out and a few other factors have made me think. 1 the oxygen etc is fine but my tetras seem to be hanging at the top like there isnt, 2 the loaches are swimming yes, resting yes all be it in very odd positions and places upside down etc BUT they are also bobbing up to the surface and nearly poking their mouths out the water!!??? Im now a bit worried as to why they are bobbing like that occasionaly?! The aerators on now just encase, all the water stats are fine, no look of illness etc so why now and whats going on? Im stumped!
