Hibernating Dojo??

Post by tavialee » Fri Jan 26, 2007 7:42 pm

OK, so I have been feeding my dad's fish for him while he works. He's a truck driver and isn't home much. He has a variety of fish in his tank...mostly barbs. Cherry, tiger, tin foil...etc.

Well, in December 1 of the 2 dojo's disappeared and I couldn't find him for the life of me. I dug around, looked in filters...tried it all.

never found him.

Well, 2 days ago..he re appeared!

It's amazing!! I thought...but what the heck happened to him??!??

He's lost about 1/3 of his body weight and he's been gone for a month!!

Do they hibernate at all?? Has anyone else had this happen to them??
I cannot find anything on the web about this.
Thanks!
