Yes, he's too thin, and probably does have parasites. My preference would be to treat the bacterial issue first as long as he's eating. Then once on the mend go after the parasites.

I don't know how the two medicines interact although the label on the Binox says it is 'safe to use on with all Jungle products.' Personally, I'd take that with a grain (or 20) of salt . I also think I would follow the minimum dosing directions on the link I provided for Nitrofurazone, rather than those on the bottle.

If you don't see improvement after 5 days (or less) you can combine the Nitro with Kanamycin Sulfate.

Shari2 I'll take your advice,it makes a lot of sence.
I will look for some antibacterial medication which could be absorbed through skin .then we'll see how things go,if he doesn't get healthy / gain weight,I'll look for Levamisole Hydrochloride.
That's the plan .
Thank you very ,very, very much.
Regards.
Ken.

UPDATE:
If you remember my clown loach 's skin was covered with what looked like patches .
Thanks to you all who took the time and replied and specially shari2 with great guidance and recommendation,I am very happy to say that the clown is almost completely recovered, well it's too early to tell if he is rid of internal parasites but as far as the skin patches ,they are all gone.
I still have him in a Q.tank .but will transfer him back to his old tank since he looks like he is missing his mates.
Shari2 my clown and I are in your debt.and also Martin ,thanks again for the Email.
This is truly a great site.
