Snap! And here is one of their brothers or sisters, photographed just a couple of days ago.....
Doing well in with the big spotted Sewellias. Not sure if we've sold any yet though, but that bodes well for my negotiations on another River Tank.
Yours are looking lovely and settled Graeme.

It's great to see pictures of the little guys, a big thank you to Graeme and Emma on the update, they are looking good :-) It is getting very chaotic in our main tank, the youngsters are starting to really throw their weight around and are definitely seen as threats by the adults. There is constant chasing and tussling all over the place, they need a bigger home...
There is some good news on that front, my pumps have arrived! In the end I got them Friday last week and unfortunately have not been able to get them set up. I have big plans for this weekend and I'll be sure to keep everyone updated. Work does get in the way of so many things :-(
It is a shame about the Lack sales Emma, even if you can paint a silver lining on that cloud I'm sure you would have been happier to see them move on to new homes by now. I know I'd be happier if I knew there was an outlet for

So glad to hear that the pumps arrived at last! You should have a fun weekend putting the tank together - enjoy! We want to see lots of pics and hear all about it.
I think one of the reasons we still have the P. cheni is because we care about what sort of tanks our hillstream loaches are being sold for. As well as the informative labelling, I also have a little poster explaining what's needed, plus all the staff know. When I go into other shops I cringe at these fish, barely existing, in a coldwater system without flow, and labelled as 'algae eaters'....At least you can rest assured that your babies are receiving the best care.
