The tiger barbs are going for sure now, i have just caught two of them attacking my smallest clown. I cant stand for that, if nothing agrees with the clowns then they cant stay. Got the look after my most important fish :D

hey dave,

yeah i had tiger barbs with my clowns/cory's they would attack my cory's. they nearly tore off one of the corys side fins. i never caught them attacking the clowns. in fact, they would play with the clowns but who knows what could happen in the future. had to get rid of them as well!

How about Pearl Gouramis? I think they are one of the best looking FW fish out there. Been contemplating getting some myself but havent decided yet. As I recall they are mid/upper level swimmers, get about 4", and relatively peacefull.

Before splitting my loaches out to their own tank, I had them in with several pearls... No problems EVER... Just avoid the blue/gold gouramis, they tend to be a bit more aggressive...

Dwarf gouramis and honey gouramis do good as well!

How big of group did you have of Pearls and what was the male/female ratio? If I dont get a group of larger fish like Bala sharks I may get a large group of Pearls.
