andy's fish had a pattern not disimilar to a tiger pattern, with the stripes leaning back towards the caudal fin. very pretty little fish, all 8 of them.

Graeme , the pic here looks quite different , to that of the written description ! In the Tyson Roberts book he describes them as being a blue/black base colour with whitish streaks /wavy lines, wheras on these pics they look blackish brown with red markings , absolutely stunning though ! and like Martin ,i wouldnt mind a few , FINGERS CROSSED.
Graeme i've just been looking at the species lists , and i'm pretty convinced that mine is , Gastromyzon 04 ,[aka Gastomyzon species sk04], perhaps Mick could verify ?

Cheers guy's! (sorry martin, for hijacking your thread)

The picture is from Tan Heok Hui's book, The Borneo Suckers. Do they look like one of my Gastromyzon unknown This chap is also very much like the Gastromyzon unknown04 which i'm pretty sure it is. It's interesting that a large group of these are being sold now. I wonder if Neil knows of where he got this batch in from.

Amen brother! What I remember is virtually every picture I've seen from that particular Bible has made me feel there were angels dancing on my retinas.
