Update: Dojo's skin lesion finally healing!

Post by Wanda » Thu Mar 30, 2006 3:00 pm

For anyone interested, I posted this link a month ago to see if anyone could help me identify this problem. I treated the tank with melafix but that didn't seem to help. Now, about a month later, the swelling and redness have gone down and the lesion is almost completely healed! I'm not sure what the problem was - maybe just an infected wound? Thanks for everyone's advice!

Was there increased water changes involved?

Good to see all is well now.

Yes, I did do a few more partial water changes - more than I usually would for general maintenance, as suggested so maybe that helped with the healing process.
