Thanks LO.
Is the 10g that has gone cloudy the one you're using levamisole in? If so, I know of one situation where that also happened. I'll try to find it to link for you if this is the case. In that case, I'm not sure, but it may have been an over dose situation...
books. gotta love em!

im not currently treating the tank. i should recieve the meds sometimes this week. it was shipped today. i am going to do the razor blade tek with the levimasole hcl. i think the cloudy water was from feeding. i cleared it up overnight and everything looks good now. so far, im only treating the 6 botia striata i just picked up. one has skinny disease but i couldn't let him die alone in the tank at the lfs.
the other 5 look great. hopefully the cucumber and larvae i gave them will fatten them up.

i think the prime in the water caused the out of wack ammonia test. my ammonia alert is showing everything to be fine.

I am planning to treat with levamisole, and I also found the article very helpful. I took note of Keith Wolcott's formula for measuring the powder to get the correct dosage. It seemed very simple, and I plan to use it when I dose my tank.

Here is thread where the formula was stated:

Here is a quote of that formula:
I recommend ChefKeith's levamisole calculator at http://www.geocities.com/chefkeithallen/Levamisole.html. I used it to figure out that a 20 oz plastic soda bottle of water with 3/4 tsp of levamisole powder is a good mix that then requires 1 tablespoon of this liquid mix for every 10 gallons of tank water in order to get 2 ppm.
