Breakfast

These fish! They're eating me out of house and home. The Clowns are chomping through a big tub of Hikari Carnivour pellets in about a month.
That's about CDN$20 worth!
I ran out again and decided I would try them with an ancient tub of Doromin cichlid food sticks. These things float, but it only took them a day to work out they were food, now the Clowns nearly come out of the water when I feed them before my breakfast in the morning. I took this at around 06:45 yesterday morning......note the food sticks being "smoked" by Tiger Barbs....and yes, they are that fat

haa.. same problem with my loaches. Once they know that something is food, they simply feast on it.

And they know jolly well when it is feeding them!

I'm always afraid that they might overeat to death :?

Now I'm wondering if I feed mine enough. I give them 1 bio blend tablet a day or 3 or 4 shrimp pellets daily. About every ten days they are not fed. A treat will be 1 cube of brine shrimp (frozen) or blood worms (frozen)

The Yo Yo's are definitely fat. There are 3 Yo Yo's, 2 Clowns and 7 black kuhlis in the tank.
