anti-parasite food question...

I have a loache that for the last month has been struggling with internal parasites, it looks very skinny, I started treatment with the jungle anti-parasite medicsted fish food., the clown loach does not look any worst but it does not look any better either. the treatment says feed it only that food for three days during 4 weeks. this is the third week. well any other suggestion I will appreciate, I do not want to loose my little clown loachy...

is your loach eating the food? how are you feeding it to him. mine just floated around, then i soaked them in garlic guard. no one still ate them... i gaveup

they eat it, even the sick loach, what you have to do is crash the pellets so they sink...
