Definitely not Grr's, they seem very sociable at the moment and only really show any signs of being feisty at feeding times. When there is plenty of food they are fine but once a fair bit of food has gone they will start knocking each other out of the way to get at it and I have even witnessed a little bit of nipping going on but only at feeding time.
If one is on its own for more than 5 to 10 minutes it will come out from where it is hiding and look for the others and its almost like a group hug when they find each other, they are amazing to watch. When I only had the 3 they did seem to be a little less sociable but now there are 6 they are much happier.
I actually have one of them that is almost feeding from my fingers, I hold the frozen food in the same spot every day and he/she knows to come out as soon as the lid goes back and it is about an inch from the food to make sure it gets first dibs
I am just hoping that this behaviour continues when they go into the 7ft, they will be going from 21 gallons to 230 gallons.
