help all my clowns died
hello guys I just found this website and its great. unfortunatly i have a problem with my clowns all 8 died within a weeks time. I have a 90 gallon tank inhabated by angels (13) 8 clowns, 2 sepra tetras, and 1 zebra danio. all these fish were in the tank for about 2 years. i do water changes frequently and all my levels are ok 0 ammonia, 0 nitrites, and the ph is 6.0 (since day 1). i dont know why they died and im upset. i do not want to buy any new ones yet and this happens all over. Thanks in advance for your help . Nick
all the clowns were bought at the same place aprox 2 years ago, idid not noticeany symtoms , they were swimming fine and eating. one was very skinny , it was active till the end. before the last 2 died they were both on the water intake hanging out, idid notice a cloudy haze over the fish after it died but nothing out of the normal. the tank temp is around 78, dont remember what it was set to originally. the angels are all doing good no symtoms with them. its frustrating.
bummer nick
sorry to hear that man
that is unusual and a little scary that it happened after 2 years. anything different recently, any new fish added or meds you haven't used before or new food or anything like that that could have introduced something to the tank?
wish I could offer something more, just seems odd that all 8 died suddenly like that, hope some of the more experienced folks have some other thoughts for you.
