hole on back

My locah, MoJo, has a small hole just behind his dorsal fin. It just appeared. He's acting normal and eating a lot. It looks like a blow hole. Anyone seen this before?

Not my case but I would use Melafix to help fixing this isue.
My 450L Loaches tank
31 clown, 5 morleti, 2 sidthimunki
