Loaches
I read both issues cover to cover, and the loach articles twice. I thought they were great.
I think it would be interesting to find out how many people are brought to loaches.com over the three article series, especially with the glowing recommendation in the first article. Is there some way easily that could be done?
As for a book, isn't it already written? The caresheets for each of the species plus the pictures are on the site. Ich treatments. Just an intro and conclusion. And a book is born.
I am sure you all want to add a few more species, but it is such a great resource. This could always be the first edition, and you could add on in later editions.
Tanja.

Tanja, there is a book coming...
Loaches: Natural History and Aquarium Care
It's in printing at the moment and will come out eventually. I hesitate to say 'soon' because it's such a relative term.

Book
Excellent! I am sure you all will let us know when it is released so we can buy copies. I knew there was talk of a book, because I read the beginning of the thread, but I didn't realize they were the same. can't wait. Thanks. Tanja.shari2 wrote:Tanja, there is a book coming...

And here I fell for it.Jim Powers wrote:I was just being my usual smart ass self saying that someone should write a book.
Mark in Vancouver (managing editor/publishing guru), Martin Thoene, Jim Powers, Cybermeez (Robin Lynn), Mike Ophir, Barbara McEntee, and myself--with pictures and input from a number of other people from the forum along the way and an index by Igor Sheremetyev.

Thank you. I can't wait. So do you think next month, 6 months a year? What will the price be? Thanks, Tanja.
