Cool! Glad to know you have them and like them. I have a source for some now, I'm just waiting for a few items so I can set up a 10 gal quarantine tank. Eventually, I think 2 or maybe 3 will end up here, and hopefully will be happy to keep the plants and wood clean.

That's a beautiful tank. :) Nice Clowns.

Make sure you offer shelters for the Bristlenoses. Mine are in coconut huts and other decorations. My albinos are seldom hidden, my other guys like to hide. But the decorations make them feel secure. If there are holes in the driftwood that would be fine.

I am not sure if they will keep the plants clean. Someone else may know.

Thank-you :) It's changes a bit every week when I do a water change of course, but my clowns have never been happier it's true, since I found this forum and starting getting my husbandry practices down... I'm just really pleased with where the water quality is now (and so are they!). There are lots of nooks and crannies in the various pieces of wood, but I did see those little huts in petsmart and I do think I will get one- it will at least be a place where the clowns will not go, and that might be a good thing because they are going to look like giant painted torpedos to the ABN's! I guess I will boil the hut, just like I did the wood I added recently. Got this yukky white stuff growing on one piece of mopani I just added- wierd! Boiled that piece for one hour, too! Doesn't seem to be bothering anyone, I'll just clean it off and let it run it's course I guess. Same thing happened on another piece a while back, it was too big to remove so I just moved it to a new position and the stuff just dissipated. Always something going on in there!

I didn't see anyone else mention it, but clown plecos will keep your driftwood absolutely spotless! I keep these, as well as a group of otocinclus in my tank. The otocinclus do a great job of cleaning plants. My loaches have never bothered them. The only incident I had was coming home to find one of my beautiful New Guinea Red Rainbows with an otocinclus in its mouth (head first). The rainbow was dead, but I was surprised to find out that the otocinclus was fine!
