i am going to swing both ways on this.

in that first picture, the one that graeme copied, the one at the top looks like my rostrata.

the first one i bought was in with yoyos, and looked like an unusually marked one, and grew out to look very different. 2nd one i got looked rostrata like, and was the last one left. it looks quite different too.

then i got 4 juveniles, and a couple looked similar to the histies??? in that picture. as they are growing, they keep changing. i must get round to getting my scuba gear on and scrubbing the algae off the bottom inch of the tank to get better photos.

it would be good to see more photos of these fish as they get bigger. incidently, how big is that yoyo in picture 5? it looks like it has pretty markings

Why does my aquarium always seem too small?

This is a tricky one , I'd say out of the three on the pic the bigger one on the right was a Histrionica , not sure about the others ?

I would say so, I have a couple of rostrata with nigh on identical patterns.

That is a Rostrata !
I think there might have been some confusion when there are more than one fish in the pic ?

The first pic with the three on it , I would say the two bigger fish are Histrionica ! the smaller fish ?

in picture 1, i would say its a rostrata on the right.

they are beautifull fish you have. its good to hear about more big yoyos, they are wonderfully marked that sort of size
