I guess Rosy loaches need it a bit cooler than Kuhlis :( ..... But they are so small I wouldn't trust the other fish with them as they grow :( This is how MTS spreads.. Insidious....

Yeah, it is bad that my love and I are enabling each other. Keith -- now I need you to break out the water-bridge from the rest of your thread, "cause the holes-in-the -roof stuff is a bit too scary for me to share this early in our addiction!!!!!

Entirely hypothetically: How many Kubotai (with appropriate dithers) could be kept in a 48 x 24 " tank???? A 72" x 24" tank?

Alternatively, how many Yoyos?

Again, entirely hypothetically

Hypothetically because you have a "friend" who is curious, no?
Are you sure you want to know?

Kubs in a 4' tank: a dozen or more, depending on the other species. Lets say a dozen of something like Ruby Barbs to school around above them, and a Bristlenose Pleco for algae control. A dozen Kubs would work. Double the number in a 6' tank.

Yoyos get bigger (IME) and can be just a bit argumentative. Perhaps half a dozen in a 4' tank, a dozen in a 6' tank. Might look into some other schooling fish like Rose Line Barbs, too.
38 tanks, 2 ponds over 4000 liters of water to keep clean and fresh.

Happy fish keeping!
