I have not had gastros eat vegetables, but others may have had different experiences.

I would have thought angelfish and Hillstreams would need different tank conditions. Mainly water temperature and current.

They do. We've lowered the temp to about 25*C, which still is too high for the hillstrems, but any lower and the angels seem to get very cranky. We're moving them to a 450L tank soon, and I'll have plenty of circulation, but I'll also try to have the back of the tank a little calmer.

Okay! I thought all hillstreams eat veggies.

Ahhh Thanks for the reply :) Still must be a really cool looking tank.
