Thanks peeps!

I was going to add more today, but my ISP had a glitch with their DNS server. Had me messing around claiming by I had a fault in my DNS cache, but it was their's......which I told them was probably the problem because it happened a few months ago

Anyhow, right now I'm running through another server they hooked me up with, so I'll probably get back into it tomorrow. I couldn't get any LOL related pages at all

Holy Cow! This has to be the best visual search function for fish i have seen online. It works very smoothly as well. Did you do this all yourself? Really nice work! :D

I am still searching looking for the loaches i saw at big al's the other day. with this tool it is much simpler!
All your loaches are belong to me!

Yes, I did it all myself, apart from some of the photos and there's still tons to do. I'm probably going to get into it again, maybe starting tomorrow.
If whatever you saw were Schistura species, that's the one area I've not got into much yet because there are just so many species.

I'm glad that you have found it smooth to use because that was my intention in designing it that way.

Right! It's all done now......phew!

If a species is in the Index, then you can home in on it via the Pictorial Search just on body shape, markings, etc.

http://www.loaches.com/species-index

From now on it will be easy to add in new species and slot them into the appropriate position within the Pictorial Search.

Good! Glad you have done it.

Went to the market today where they had a batch of fish in from Burma. Just looked it up in the picture index and in thirty seconds found Schistura Vinciguerrae. Seems to work.

Thank you Martin. This is just what I needed earlier this week. I may have to start carrying nemachine outlines so I can color in the appropriate markings. I always seem to forget some important characteristic by the time I get home.

A side note-- are "panther" loaches just a vague designation for nemachines? LFS has 3 different fish in a tank but just 1 name. Wasn't there a specific panther loach on the old LOL? I seem to recall that...
