pores on the stomachs of pangio's

can one of the experienced people answer what these pores are used for?.
i found them by accident, i was tryingf to get a decent pic of one of them,HA do they ever keep still.
and noticed these spots/pores on the stomach.
here's a pic of the underside of one of them.

Hi mick,

that looks very interesting, I´ve investigated, very detailed, a bunch of corpse a short while ago. I did not find any of those. However I will doublecheck some pictures as soon as I get to it...

...oh... btw ... you are also using the word "stomach" for belly... Is this more common in britain than in Canada?

Not to be anthropomorphizing or anything, but they look like unpaired mammary glands. 8)

Is that one female? Do males have the same 'pores'?

now there's an organized mind shari,
ive got 6 of the myersi, will have to get them all out and photographed to see if your right,
the other pangio's are kuhli but theyr'e a wee bit smaller than the myersi but can have a go see what comes out of it.
