Eye coloration?? HELP

Just treated a cycle of ICH.. found out my heater wasnt able to keep up the temp so took a bit longer. Everyone in the tank seems soooo much better! So active and lively! But noticed a few loaches has thinned down a bit and the eyes have gone black! Could they have a different infection? Or could they go blind?
