One Lone CL update

Well this morning when I came downstairs I found my "lone" cl dead. I think he/she must have just gone within the hour because he was starting to loose colour. The others paid no mind to it at all. I thought everything would be ok when I noticed he/she was sleeping with the group last night...
So now, this CL was no different then the others, no noticable signs what so ever that I could tell apart. Eating just as fisty as the rest (even last night).
There are still no signs of ich (at least visibly), no red gills, hard breathing etc. Should I do a blanket treatment for something?
The group is swimming just as CL should, they are bulking up nicely so I am hesitant to treat something that I don't know is there.
I also dont feel comfortable with only 5. So, now I face the possible delema of getting these guys out of QT (when the time comes) and buying more CL and put them through QT.
