Zipper Skunk

Post by starsplitter7 » Thu Mar 27, 2008 8:19 pm

Would Zipper and Skunk Loaches work together if there are lots of hidey holes? My skunks have never been aggressive towards each other (they are feisty, they chase each other, but no biting or pushing) or their tank mates. But I don't want to push it. They have lived with catfish, the flounders, other bottom dwellers as well as dithers.

Just curious. Thanks, Tanja

I also don't know for sure, but I suspect that the zippers would be too mild mannered to cope with the attentions of skunk loaches, particularly as the skunks mature. I wouldn't risk it myself.

My thinking ,and experience , is based on the speed at which Shistura's react to other fishea ! i take Emma's point though , I'm presuming by Zippers ,Starsplitter7 means A. Botia ? which are possibly a bit slower to react ?
