Kuhlie ID

Post by starsplitter7 » Tue Apr 22, 2008 11:51 pm

I found these Pangios? about 4 months ago. They were 1-1.5 inches. Incredibly tiny. I bought all six. Now they are 1.5-2. Love shrimp pellets.

Are they just plain Pangio kuhlies, or did I find something unusual? They are the prettiest Pangios I have ever seen in person. The bands saddle the back and then split into two, making a triangle.

Sweet!

They look like pangio shelfordii or alternans?

They are really nice!!

I'm trying NOT to buy any more fish. In fact, I just broke down one of my smaller tanks---my husband was shocked.

But if I saw those in a store, I'd have to buy them. Great find!!! :)
