I just bought the May 2008 issue of Practical Fishkeeping magazine that includes Emma's clown loach article.
Its a very good article with lots of great clown loach info and pictures.
Everyone who is thinking of buying their first clown loaches should definately read it.
Great job, Emma!!! :D

We're using it as a reference Emma....it's just amazing that people don't know how big these should grow. And equally how loads just seem to disable their ear drums when you tell them.

I searched for it in Holland, and couldnt find it. Now i will try my luck in Germany.

If anyone knows where to find it in Holland around Ootmarsum area or in Germany in the Nordhorn area i would really appreciate it if they could let me know where to find it.

Well done Emma, even if i cant find the magazine.

I too just got my copy. Fabulos job Emma! Hopefully it will enlighten folk about clowns and how large they can get. I hope to one day have clown but I know that at this time I cannot properly house them, so it's more of a dream fish of mine.

I to bought the may 2008 edition of PFK, first PFK I have bought for 20 years or so and found the article to be extremely informative and inspirational.

I kept south American cichlids back in the early 80's and had cichlids in mind when I decided I'd like to get back into the hobby.

But the sight of those big clowns stopped me in my tracks and I'm now in the process of setting up my first loach tank.
