Tank considerations for Yasuhikotakia nigrolineata

Greetings all,
I have been contemplating adding at least 5 Yasuhikotakia nigrolineata to the 55 gallon tank I am going to be getting Friday. The tank will eventually hold at least 4 kuhli loaches, 4 rummy nose tetras, 4 black neons, 2 green cories, 2 white clouds, 3 guppies, and 2 otto's. I plan on expanding the shoals of each of the schooling fish listed as soon as the tank is matured.
Is my tank going to be large enough for these fish? I want to get the dwarf version (Yasuhikotakia sidthimunki) but as they are rare and pricey, I thought i found an alternative. I also wonder if these loaches will get along with the other fish listed above. Please advise.
Thank you in advance,
Mike
