Please help -- white discoloration on anal fin (clowns)

Thank you for helping me with your comments! I need professional advice so I came to this forum.

I've noticed a couple of my clowns have some white discolorations on the anal fin, one has a little on the pelvic fin and I think they have been there awhile. I only started to notice after viewing lots of pics of loaches online and i never see this marking on those pics. So now I'm worried they may be sick now for some unknown long time??(!) They don't behave ill is the thing.

The white color is sorta splotchy looking i guess, not cottony and not spotted like ich, not raised or protruding... what is it?

After herding them out in the open and looking very closely I think what I'm seeing is some translucent portions of the fins, because they are black the translucent parts appear white but really aren't. They are either irregular spots or somewhat longer irregular areas. Not on the edge of the anal fin but in the lower center.

I know healing fins can be translucent but i have never seen any fin damage and these marks seem to have always been there?
