Hi all,
Well a chance has come up for me to obtain some of these stunning fish. Do you have any further reccomendations regarding their maintainence? Favorite foods? Temperatures?
Thanks,
Mike

Hello,
no this species is'nt specialized more than its "indian" congeners B. lohachata or similar species.
I think temperatures between 22 and 25 °C will be the best for this species.
Don't forget feed vegetables.

Id certainly take that chance! Theres not much to say about them really, their temperment is second to none, I have found mine to be very placid and comfortable enough to be sitting out on view basically all the time
Feeding wise, mine won't touch cucumber/courgette but will nibble on the sweeter foods like honey dew melon and water melon. They also seem to go particulary crazy for the smaller invet frozen foods rather than squid/cockle/mussel that I feed the clowns which they basically dont touch (bar fresh prawns). I keep them at a temp of 25-26 and they seem to be quite happy around that temperature.

Thanks Gerhard and Ashleigh. I appreciate the advice. Yes, I don't think I will pass up this opportunity, who knows when it will come around again
