I just got these 2 lovely Loaches from Pete Mang and haven`t the slightest idea what they are. Someone please ID them for me. :lol:

I believe B.Kubotai - check out my clowns fighting entry - my last post shows one of mine in the background. Polka Dot loach is another name.

If that`s the same as botia angelicus,yes. I just found out from someone at Aquabid. They`re such beautiful Loaches. :)

Congratulations! Kubotai are very nice fish. Make sure your tank is well covered. I have heard some say they are good at jumping out of a tank. Fortunately,I have not had that problem.

I can sure attest to that!!! I was floating the bag when they arrived and one of the little devils jumped right out of the bag and into the tank!

Both of mine jumped from the bag as I was trying to drain the water of and net them for release. Both hit the floor and were very hard to catch. Luckly I was able to get them in safely. Oh one did stick my hand tho. :lol:
