What are the best Clown foods?

Hi,
I would just like to check that what I am feeding my clowns is OK?
They seem to love JMC Catfish pellets, Hikari sinking carnivore pellets, Fresh Prawns & Cucumber. I feed them these foods at different times of the day, I also like to feed them flake food by hand at the surface to keep them from getting too shy.
All of my clowns are healthy and quite plump but any help with what to feed them would be appreciated?
Thanks, AD

I've been feeding my loaches 4 or 5 times per day. The menu they get-
1)Breakfast
Bulk Floating Pond Pellets
2)Lunch
Omega One Veggie Rounds, Omega One Kelp Pellets, or Fresh Cucumber
3)Afternoon Snack
Tetramin Tropical Pro Crisps
4)Dinner
Shrimp, Cod, Clams, or Mussels
5)Occasional late night snack-
San Francisco Bay Brand Frozen Foods - Bloodworms, White Mosquito Larvae, Cichlid Chow, Emerald Entrée, or Spirulina Enriched Brine Shrimp

wow chefkeith! How big is your tank and how often ( and how many gallons) do you do water changes? That's a lot of meals!

It's not a a tank, it's tanks. Here's a video of them-
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F-lbdVYZkgU
The tank sizes are 160, 85, 190 (paludarium), and 95. That's 530 together, but the actual water volume is only about 350 gallons though.
I don't do conventional water changes. I have a plant watering system in the paludarium that mimics rainfall. Probably the equivalent to about 40% or about 150 gallons of water gets changed each week. I use the watering system more or less depending on the TDS of my water.
I feed the fish so often because they are more active, burn more calories, and need more energy than normal aquarium fish. The fast flowing water around the island in the river tank really lets them stretch out and gives them a great workout.

I too like Chefkeith, find that a few meals spaced out throughout the day is better than one/two large feedings.
In the morning I feed;
Tetra prima
Hikari carnivore pellets
General flake
Algae waffers
Freeze dried river shrimp
JMC catfish pellets
Afternoon
Either bloodworm, cockle, mussel, squid, shrimp, black/white mosquito larvae, fresh white fish or veg mix varied throughout the week
Evening
Cucumber/courgette/melon, generally any veg/fruit that is in the house that I know they will like.
