Again w/the flashing... + expanding yoyo

So I think theres some kinda parasites or somethin in my otherwise clean tank. 
I'm gonna go ahead and add a dose of Prazi-Pro to the tank. Big water change + remove carbon from filter + prazi + wait 7 days.
I'll let you know how it goes. If anyone thinks I'm doin the wrong thing here please let me know!
