Are Garras loaches

Hey Gang,
I tried to look up Garra in the species index but didn't see any, are Garras not considered loaches?

This explains that
Garra are
not Loaches. I included them in the Pictorial Species Search Index because of obvious misconceptions in their similarity of behaviour and the fact that someone might think they were Loaches.
