Need urgent help with ill Clown Loachs PSE!!!

I am new to the site and need help with a sick clown loachs, i don,t want to lose him/her. He is very thin and not eating at all its now 2 days without eating. i notice last night that he have a mark on both sides of his head. water para is ammo = 0 no2 =0 no3 =2 temp 28 decrees C i have him currently in a Q tank to monitor him.

it could be internal parasites... search this forum for "levamisole" (this forum's drug of choice for internal parasites) for other people's experiences, dosage and, if you cant find it, possible alternatives...
