Wow this is a great read
I would absolutely love to get hold of a group of the
Clupeoides boreensis, they are one fish that I have liked the look of for some time now

These stress very, very easily and will start dying once you take them out of the water. I couldn't even keep one alive long enough to plonk it in a photo tank for some pics.

I shall scrub them from my wish list then, that is really a shame as they look to be a very nice fish
