substrate: ADA Aqua gravel M size one inch deep

I wonder if it is necessary to put two SEIO M1100 Super Flow Pump on the right side of the tank.....to make a good water movement???

Or just one is enough???

I get five clown loaches, six dwarf chain loaches, 6 panda cory, 1 golden algae eater, 6 Harlequin Rasbora, 5 plecos---L66,L134,L142,L190,L200a
Plants:Java Fern

Lighting:T5 39W X 3 (10000K)
Is the light too strong for the clown loaches?

Many of the fish you list come from water that is moving pretty fast, so I would aim for at least 10 times the tank volume per hour, and more is better. You can orient it all in one direction if you want, creating something of a river tank. With even the best layout there will be calmer areas for fish that want to get out of the water movement for a while.

3 x 39 watts over a 55 is not too far off 2 watts per gallon. T-5 are usually a bit more efficient than larger fluorescents. This is great for low to medium light plants, I would plant this tank and allow the fish to choose from the shaded areas under the plants or out in the open. I would not use this much light without planting the tank, algae will grow a LOT.
Of course all those Loricariads... are some algae eating?
