ask about water movement and lights

Tank size: 48"*18"*18"
55 G
I use Eheim 2224 and kotokuki SV-9000
HYdor theo heater 300W temp. keep 26-28
substrate: ADA Aqua gravel M size one inch deep
I wonder if it is necessary to put two SEIO M1100 Super Flow Pump on the right side of the tank.....to make a good water movement???
Or just one is enough???
I get five clown loaches, six dwarf chain loaches, 6 panda cory, 1 golden algae eater, 6 Harlequin Rasbora, 5 plecos---L66,L134,L142,L190,L200a
Plants:Java Fern
Lighting:T5 39W X 3 (10000K)
Is the light too strong for the clown loaches?
